Please make plans to attend this years annual meeting May 17th at 6:30.  The meeting will be held Downtown at AlleyStation (130 Commerce Street, across the street from the Renaissance Hotel) in the Ballroom on the 2nd Floor.  Free Parking will be provided by Partners Realty in the lot across the street from hotel parking deck; look for signage in the area. 

At this years meeting will be discussing the improvements to the neighborhood, review of the budget other general topics.  If you would like to have a particular issue discussed, please reach out to management or open a discussion at the online forum portion of the website.  Door prizes will be given away and your attendance and participation is critical to the ongoing success of Halcyon Summit.
